I just did not like the different brand gauge and prefer the lighting of the ISSPRO gauge over the DiPricol Fuel Pressure gauge, so I have a DiPricol fuel pressure gauge only use for about 3 months, works perfect, any one want it let me know, it is the gauge only and does not include the isolator.

I really love the way the ISSPRO people have done the lighting for the needle over the DiPricol.

No charge for the DiPricol gauge. The DiPricol gauge looks good and if you are running all DiPricol gauges it will fit right in, both the DiPricol and the new ISSPRO show the same fuel pressure on my truck so it is good to go.

It is a white face gauge.

Everything is packaged and on the way, no charge, just use the gauge and enjoy it, it will match your other Di Pricol gauges nicely.

I am glad it will be going to someone who can use it.

Since I have the Di-Pricol guages (boost, egt, fuel press. ) can you fill me in on the install procedure. I'm not real sure about the sets of wires coming from each gauge, is that for the lighting? And I'm at a total loss as for hooking up the fuel pressure gauge.

If someone could give a detailed description of how to hook up each one I've listed it would be greatly appreciated.

The fuel pressure is easy, the only electrical hook ups are the two bulbs, one hot (red) and one ground (black). I would recommend getting an isolator for the fuel gauge so you are not running raw fuel into your cab. I would get a banjo bolt from Geno's also and tap into the pump on the side of the engine. Not sure what it look like on a 2003, I have a 2005. There are directions posted some where.

The boost gauge would be very close to the same, you need to get a boost bolt sold at Geno's to make it an easy hook up. Geno's included good instructions with mine.

The Pyro is not real hard either, you just need to decided if you want it pre or post turbo. Don't be afraid to drill the cast iron manifold, it is easy to drill just drill slow and you will be OK. Then you will need to tap the hole you drilled but don't tap it all the way through, you only want the temp probe to screw into the manifold about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 turns. Use a good high heat anti seize compound on the probe as well.

There are a set of instructions posted but I don't recall the location, one of the others can point you to them they walk you through the whole thing.

I have the isolator and boost bolt along with everything else needed for the install. My main concern was what are the groups of wires from each gauge for (no inst. on any of them) and how do you go about filling the isolator with anti-freeze for the plumbing.

I am not sure what wires are the back of DiPricol gauges, on the DiPricol fuel pressure gauge the wires are for the bulbs, one red wire for hot and one black wire for ground.

My gauges are all ISSPRO's they use an Amp box on the Pyro and Trans Temp, I don't think DiPricol uses any amp boxes.

all the red and black wires are for the gauge lights, just hook all the red wires together and to the lights. ground the black wires. the only electrical connection is the thermocouple leads and they will only plug in one way. you have to put the isolater on the FP gauge because fuel will destroy the gauge.

I have been tracking the gauge I sent to COSEng on the UPS site, I sent it 2nd Day Air, dropped it off on Friday about 9:45 AM at the Office Depot UPS pick up site, it wont make it to COSEng until Tuesday, for a total of Five days, so I figure they are not counting Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but now for the fun part, I sent the package 2nd Day AIR, and so far from watching the tracking it looks like UPS is trucking the package by ground, it has left Miami and went to Orlando, from Orlando it went to Jacksonville, and it has left Jacksonville at around 7:00 AM and is still on the road.

I thought shipping by Air might give the package a little better treatment, but it looks like it is going by gound all the way.

So much for trusting UPS and paying for a certain type of service.

You pay for 2nd Day Air that is going to take 5 days to get there, then UPS trucks the package by ground. Back to Fed Ex for me.

Here is a copy of the UPS log, LOL, how do they stay in business mon!

I hope some others get a kick out of it as I am, just kind of ticks me off that I paid for one kind of service and they are giving me something cheaper in return.

Both Ground service and 2nd Day Air would arrive on Tuesday but I thought that Ground would be a little harder treatment on the package, so I opted to send it 2nd Day Air instead thinking they would have less chance to treat the package like a basket ball or soccer ball.

Carl let me know if the gauge was still secure in the package, I put some soft napkins inside the gauge box hoping it would keep the gauge still as the ISSPRO had come loose inside the same box and was rattling around, I hope I packed good enough to survive the gorillas that handle the packages on the loading docks.

Carl, the UPS site says the Gauge was delivered, I think they trucked it instead of the 2nd Day Air I sent it as, but let me know if it was packed alright.

Bill,

Received guage in great condtion.

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Time to start collecting parts for the rest of the install.

Carl
