I'm convinced. Just changed everything out, Trans, diffs, tc and gave it a good test run. Way smoother shifts (nv5600) w/ 20% less noise. I'm crossing my fingers!

it's no doubt one of the best things for your truck. Oo.

No need to "cross your fingers". Synthetic oil is not voodoo or majic. You are not taking any "risk" using synthetic products. Plastic used to have a real bad name; now there are some plastics that perform far better, cheaper and faster than the metal parts it replaced.

Synthetic oil is an improvement over "natural" (dino) oil. It lubricates better and longer than dino oil. The real basis for the synthetic oil "controversy" is the price; some folks can't get over the cost.

The real benefit of synthetic oil, be it used in the motor, gear box, or grease zerk, is that whatever it is lubricating will be in better shape at the end of the day than the motor, gear box or grease zerk maintained with a dino product.

Good move. I know from experience in 3 different CTDs of my own that it is the best stuff.
