Changing automatic to 5-speed

My son is converting his '92 4X4 club cab automatic to 5 speed manual. We found a good truck here locally. '92 4X2 club cab. Both trucks have under 100,000 miles, neither truck has ever had hitches. 4X2 was involved in slow-mo rollover. We took the 5-speed out of the 4X2 and dropped it off at trans. shop today so they could change main shaft and tail housing. We are now looking for a straight shift lever and gear shift knob, (Dodge wants too much for lever and knob has been discontinued), and the piece of drive shaft (front & rear) that goes from the transfer case to the slip joint. We also need the transfer case shift lever bracket and shift rod for 5-speed 4X4. ANY IDEAS on where to get these?
