I guess I have a project for my next off day.



If I pull a hose off and drain it, how do I fill the cooler? Will it gravity fill or once the system runs, will it run the air out and I just have to keeps topping it off???

Just pull both hoses on the cooler let it drain. clamp them back up. fill up PS, start truck. and fill a little more while running. turn the wheel a little, press the brake a little. check level, fill as needed.

Thanks JC. I looked at my reservoir the other day 'cause it's been leaking ever so slightly the last while and I noticed that it's a little loose. There's a mounting bolt on the bottom RH side iirc that has some slop in it. I'm hoping maybe someone else's truck is cleaner than mine and can tell me what I'm looking at there. Should I be able to tighten that up or is something maybe broke. If you could describe yours to me then maybe I could get a better idea of what mine is supposed to look like. Either that or I could clean it somehow but take a guess at which one's gonna happen first... :-laf
