Anyone Out There Had Your Alternator And Rpm Gauge Quit Working Same Time? Had Alt Checked It Works Fine And Also Batteries Checked, Ok Also. Volt Gauge Shows 10 Volts Draining My Batteries. Help Please.

Check in the fuse box on the drivers fenderwell. My neighbor had charging problems last week and I traced it to the 140 volt fuse that is between the + cable and the cable that goes to the alternator. $6. 80 later, the problem was fixed.

Sounds like a bad crankshaft position sensor. There is a write up on it in Issue 51, page 102.

You can try checking your engine speed sensor connector for bent pins or cleaning the connectors.

Could be bad ground.
