Chat names

I have a suggestion, rather a request. To use a name on the chat, you must have to also use a password.

My issue is I got word that several times, including last night, someone logged on using my username on the TDR chat. This can pose quite a problem and confusion. It's also sad that someone would stoop to this level. Whoever it is, I would appreciate you using your name and for the site mods, can this be done?

Don't we use our regular Log in names in the chat room? If not, maybe that's why I can't get in.

I'm on there sometimes - including last night. I don't remember ever seeing your name. I'm curious to hear more about this. Have you been on there before under a different name other than your real one? I don't recognize your name.

I've never been in there. Supposably, you can go in under any name. I got a call yesterday asking if I was in there cause they said it didn't sound like me. Just looking for more info on this.

Bob, there are several other Bobs that frequent the chat, and use the name Bob. My guess is that it is something to do with their parents and the whole naming as an infant deal. It is my guess that your caller made an assumption. You can go in under any name, but I have not seen anyone in the time period before yesterday use your name EVER. Do you have something to worry about or what?

Thanks, I realise others are named Bob, but the call I got made the comment that made me assume they used my last name as well. Nothing to worry about, except if someone was using it for a reason. If you say no one used it, I appreciate the help.
