i would if i could figure how to get on,... . both work and home computers will not get into the chat room,... . i have tried everything

Sounds like your Java connection is gone. Mine was. Go to the Java site and see if you can get it redone there. I believe it is www.java.com anyone else?

did that, even went to a different web browser, and still nothing



the java loads and then stops and sits there and wont do anything

did the up-dates for Java

turned off Norton



and still nothing... java loads and then stops



i can't think anything else to try... :{

Do you have any other internet security related software on your PC? ZoneAlarm, internet security suites, anti-popup sw, firewalls, etc?

the only other thing i have is windows firewall and it is turned off.

Kids are getting older... ... . going to bed earlier so every now and then I have a little more time to chat! Still only have crappy dial up so I have to fight for the computer with Mrs Swampy for computer rights! LOL She always has "work" to do once the kids go to bed. GAH!

I have no wife, kids, and at the moment, no truck to work on, so I am in the chat almost every waking moment that I am not at work :-laf . Gets so boring I am starting to talk to myself...
