I've done all the fuel tuning, now I'm looking for a reasonably cheap way to boost HP/Torque, Who has the best solution for under $1500, New turbo/swapping with different applications, injection pumps. Throw some ideas out and I'll see what I like

Piers has the HX40 on sale for $850... thats what I'm running right now. Also they have the Master Power turbo for $550... but my truck killed 2 of them. I hear their ok for a slightly modified motor. Injectors are a good upgrade... . my BDs cost me around $500 and they did wonders.

Probably the most bang for your buck is the 366 spring. $16 never gave me so many new ways to break things... . Really though, it'll do wonders for you.

Also the timing advance will make passing someone uphill at 60mph a little more bearable... . along with a real throaty noise from the pipes when you put it the the floor at that speed... . or at least in my experience

Well, a couple month ago I put 100hp ddp injectors and 4" exhaust on a '93. The guy is so proud of his "old" truck. I also put a 16cm exhaust housing on his H1C.

Air in- air out. . You should get a nice turbo. the modded HX35 from piers is nice(40, better). Make up a nice intake and a big AFE filter(don't use K&N as they let dust through). You already have the exhaust covered. Get a 366 spring it's a HOOT!

PODS? some people like em but I don't, too much unburned fuel due to sloppy spray pattern and the way the tip is desinged overall. . They do have a LOT of power though. . You can also get a bit more travel on your throttle shaft (which just pulls on the gov spring more}. also make sure your pedal travels good ... ... I like the IP timed at 1. 41mm

Still crisp in the low end there. too much advance and you loose low end. use a gauge to get TDC and to set the pump.

just pushing it up 1/8" from stock could get you anywere fron 1. 3 to 1. 7 or beyond. . It's also good to know were true TDC is. the pin isn't that accurate.

Spring , pump mods/tweaks and timing are cheap, add a few bucks and get a fuel pin, another great upgrade!... ... ... .

I'll add that porting your exhaust housing and manifold can really help in some situations as well. 16cm size housing is a good one to work with. .
