Well my driver's seat is tearing even after me sewing it a few times. The fabric is just so thin from wear and tear.

I bought some seat covers from Walmart "univeral bucket seat". Well I found out that they don't fit. WAY too tight.

What exactly are the seats called, if the bucket seat cover doesn't work??

I know there's lot of covers out there, has anyone found something in the $40-50 price range (for both seats)? I can't see spending $200-300 on some uber fancy seat covers.

Try Geno's - - They have some seat covers that fit and wear well - - - I have a set that is about 5 years old that I use in the summer on leather seats and have washed every year - - - other than fade they still look good - - did replace the streach cord several years ago - - - cost abouit 100$ and worth it

Try Cabela's... , I had these on both of my trucks. Being a mechanic, the factory cloth could get pretty grubby. Not a bad price and wore well!!

Does anyone have pictures of the Geno's seat covers??

$120 is about 3x out of my price range though.

I'll check out those Cabellas ones. There's a store up in Boise.

Hey Nate

I don't know if your interested but I have a set of OEM seat covers from my 01 qc and they are gray. The drivers seat {bottom} does have a split in it but every thing else is in very good condition and you can use the passenger bottom on the drivers side. I will sell them for $90. 00 plus shipping. I have both front seats, center consol, and the back bench. I installed a Katzkins leather kit in mine.

Get the one's from Genos. I've had them for 3 years in my daily driver. Its a few inches higher than stock and no steps- not easy duty for the seat or covers. The material is tough as blue jeans, fit is RIGHT (better than the Cabelas pic), and they're easy to wash. Just put another set in my other truck. I have paid my dues with the WallyWorld covers and there's no comparison.

Just got some cheapies at a farm supply store. They are like a saddle blanket. Have had them for almost 5yrs. They are finally getting tore along the seam enough to start looking for a new set. IIRC, less than $50. Have held up well for all of the in/out I do.

Can kind of see them in a couple of pics in my gallery.

Nate, I am tellin you, check out the Cabela's seat covers. For $20 or so that is like the cost of putting a beach towel over your seat. Everybody is right there are some nice seat covers out there but the key word was CHEAP. Good luck!!

Well I ended up putting an order with Geno's last night for a set. Christmas present for myself. :D
