check engine light

my batteries were dead cause i left the trailer plugged in so i jumped it runs fine now starts normal and everything but my check engine light is on. what do i need to do and y is it doing this.

It's probably just a low voltage code from the dead batteries.

If it goes away in 5 starts, then don't worry about it.
