I've seen those wide tires on short haul trucks. They run a single instead of duals. . no dual spacing rating.

They look really cool. I want 'em on my dually.

Hey Hammer

My brother is running the XDE on his F-550, I know I know it's a Ferd. But he loves em and they give your rig a healthy beefy look ;).

Does he get any miles out of them..... I'm thinking I want to be crazy and try these - but am somewhat - well NOT at all happy about the $$$$--new wheels - the whole nine yards --- but would really like the great mileage if they do perform. Now he probably is running a lot heavier than I would - so it may not be a good comparrison.....

Hey Hammer

He only has 10K miles since he mounted them. But as with just about all the 19. 5's I'm sure you'll get some killer milage. One thing though they tend to sing a little while your driving but without the thumpy ride :D

Mostly because they're the best tires in the world.

**Not to make this political, but... **

BTW, France never attacked us and Germany is with France against us in Iraq. How's that Volkswagen treating you? ;)

Crap we should sell our trucks in protest, too... . :-laf

I wounldn't call their tires the best in the world ... probably the most expensive. And at least Germany goes up face to face with their enemies, the french just stab everyone in the back like the scum sucking two-bit-traders they always have been.

I used to buy Michelins 30-40 years ago, then someone told me the Sears radial was made by Michelin. Sure enough, it was. Bought the Sears tire thereafter. Can't say if that's still the case or not.
