I had a similar one, a powertrax lock right in a GMC half ton I had http://www.powertrax.com/lrop.htm I had it for about 6 months, make to much noise in the parking garage I park in every day, when you turn a sharp corner it rachets and makes a clicking noise. It was fun in the rain though, nothing like a locker to be able to put the truck sideways.

Being $200 less is what I have noticed. I just got off of the phone with Reider Racing and the closest thing they have is the No-Slip locker and that is pretty much the only thing that will fit in the Dana 80s with 3. 54 gears. The no slip was a little under $500. If you have 4. 10s you can get a Detroit and be set. I am just wondering if the Torq Masters locker will fit with the 3. 54 gears. I am very interested in this. I wish that they made a powr-lok that fit the 80 but they dont so I guess a tweaked on trac-lok or a locker is the only way to go.

i have the 3. 54 also i am trying to reach them but have not been able to. I will keep trying and will let you know

I was thinking about going with the no-slip but I believe you need a open diff carrier to swap it into that is if you have the trac-lok.

I do not know if this will be a problem with the Aussie Lok or not. When we get in touch with them we will have to ask. Hopefully finding a open carrier shouldnt be to much of a problem if that is the case. Somebody might be want to get rid of theirs and put in a trac-lok when you could be swapping theirs.

well for our trucks we will have to wait until next summer. they are not out yet and they hope to be out sometime over next summer. looks like a pretty promising product though.

My first truck , a 1967 International 3/4 ton 4x4 had a "power Lock" differential that looked very much like that. If you put your foot in it going around a curve which I've always had fun doing when the vehicle I'm in isn't loaded it would try to push you straight so you just didn't do that in that truck.
