Check your injector line here...........

Right where the dipstick tube crosses the #6 injector line. Mine was chaffed pretty good. Dont know what wall thickness the tubing is ,but its alot less in that spot now. Put a piece of split hose over it and youre good to go.

The injector lines are pretty thick, they have to be to hold 17,000 psi. Hardened steel also. The hose is a good idea though, hate to have one wear though, it will at least keep your dipstick tube from wearing through.

I had some wires almost rub though an injector line in the front of the engine. Just zip-tied a piece of hose to it.

Ditto on the wires.



My grid heater wires were rubbing on the #1 injector line.
