Trying to fix my ABS & Brake Light problem of the lights constanty on before making a run home.

My ABS is definitely not working. My controller for air direction is not working and the vent is stuck in defrost mode. My cruise control IS working. My speed sensor looks good. Its been hotter than Heck in So CAl and I think a vacuum line went kaputz.

1) Does the Cruise control function off of vacuum?

2) I have no manuals with me, so can someone give a few words on where to look for vacuum leaks for ABS and Brakes?

tks

Steve

If your truck is a stick-shift you do not have a vaccuum actuated cruise system. The ABS and brake lights on together could be as simple as low brake fluid.
