Don't forget, pain is the bodies way of telling you something is wrong. If you keep taking drugs to hide the pain, you are just aggravating the problem.

Treat the problem, not the symptom.

If you are in portland Go see Gary Johnson at Johnson Chiropractic Clinic in Gresham. He is very good with necks and has years of experiance. His father (now retired) was my first chiropractor.

If you are in portland Go see Gary Johnson at Johnson Chiropractic Clinic in Gresham. He is very good with necks and has years of experiance. His father (now retired) was my first chiropractor. However with all doctors you will want to ask:

1 what is causing the pain (pinched nerve, tight muscle, etc)

2 Why is the (nerve pinched, muscle tight, etc)

3 What is the answer for the long term - A different chiropractor in a different state had me coming in once a week. I would feel great after the adjustment but in a few days I would start hurting again. I finally had an MRI and I found out that I had a herniated disc. That required surgury to fix and now I go to the doc every six mnths or so just for an average adjustment.
