Christmas in Tulare

Wow, Santa came early for me this year, and he looked just like Piers.



I want to thank Adam for introducing me to piers Friday night, and Brandon for helping me at his booth Saturday morning.



I scored some major bombing materials. I was pretty much stock till three months ago at a bombing session in Petaluma (Pysco's Crib) where Adam and Chris cut my plate and turned the springs. What a difference that was, I was actully really pissed at myself for driving the damn thing stock for four and half years. I guess that was the turning point now I am hooked.



Here is what I got:



1) AFC Spring kit

2) #10 Plate

3) 4000 RPM Govenor Spring Kit



4) Southbend Con-O Clutch (thanks Peter, nice meeting you)

5) Propane system (thanks Pyschostroker)



All I need now is for someone to school me on how to install it all. Any bombing sessions coming up ????



After I get the above installed does anybody want to take a guess at what kind of horsepower I will have.

BBD,piers is a pretty good guy,glad to put a face with a name! I also came home with some "goodies" from santa piers Next up propane system,need to get rid of a little soot glad a good time was had by all.

Piers even speaks to us over-valved guys, dunno if he forgives us, but he sure helped me out on some tech questions and handed over a couple goodies to use on two of my friends' 12 valve trucks, here in Kentucky,so yeah, Christmas came early for me in Tulare, too.

And I ordered a set of NW Custom mudflaps from Jason, he's building them now. I gave the poor guy such a hard time, he threatened to put "PowerStroke" on them, instead of "Cummins".

Fantastic workmanship, I'm glad I got to meet him!

Yeah, Santa Piers left me a present under the truck this year too.

#10 plate and the need for a new clutch.

Add a set of Daimond B 370's to the mix and you've got a clutch killin machine.
