I've tried and tried to get the flames to show up in a picture, but they won't. We used a paint that isn't commonly used for ghost flames. It is made from crushed glass and it is what's used by Lexus to give their white its pearl coat. They show up best at night under flouresent light. The original red looks orange and the flames come out bright red. I'll see iff I can get a shot then.
As for putting them in, I don't know. I had the painter door the doors when he put the truck back together. Removing the door panels is easy and the handles aren't hard to access. I do know that you have to use some parts of the original handle. The tailgate is the same way and I did that myself, and it wasn't bad. Took me about 10 minutes.
