Christmas was a little bit early here in Central PA. Yesterday was the unveiling of the 5" Chrome Bull Huller Stacks. It turned out to be quite the project. The biggest diference from everyone elses stacks; all the plumbing is under the bed. Yes, I know the fuel tank is their, but it went through anyway. My first impression was simply this: 'Surely I have discovered a little bit of what heaven must be like'. The sound is way coooool and the looks are just unbeatable. I hopefully have pictures with this post and if not I will try till it happens. Any directions emailed to me would be quite helpful.

A great big thanks goes to "Oasis 3" his parts list was quite helpful in getting started. I of course had to modify that list to keep all the pipe under the bed.

The dreaded fuel tank issue was solved by wrapping heat resistent wrap used by race car drivers around the section of pipe that went through the opening between the fuel tank and the box. This wrap is stop up to 70% of the heat transfer through the pipe. My inital result: empty with the hammer down and then stoping quickly, I can grab that section of pipe above the fuel tank and it is fairly warm. Towing the 31' gooseneck empty (5800lbs) and stoping, slightly hot but can hold pipe for 10 or so seconds before getting uncomfortable. Sorry for the long post, hope the pics are here. "Fear This: Cummins!!" :D :D

Ah, more stacks!! Oo. :D I'd really like to see pictures of the plumbing under the bed. e-mail em to me if you'd like. As for attaching pictures to a forum post... . You can't just paste a picture from your computer into the post that you're composing. The image must reside on some kind of server and you must include the location of the image source in your post. If you upload images into your gallery in the readers' rigs, then view the picture and click on the "forum codes" option, it'll give you the HTML code that you can place in your post. Or you can link to an image on some other site, yahoo, whatever, in a similar manner.

Post them in the readers rig area and then just give us that link thru copy and paste.

Hint, first thing I had to do was cut the pixels from 100% to 50% then they did fit.

cheers, Kevin

Well I might as well post my picture too then. :) Here is a link to it: http://www.pbase.com/image/6996771

Mine is not all that big either but it fit perfect in that location so it stays. I was thinking tailgate also but my truck has got to get painted some day so that would have messed me up. Anybody want to contribute to my paint fund?? HEHEHE J/K

Oh No,, Word is getting out.

Routing exhaust plumbing under the truck.

There are more ways to do this. I'll get pics one day of how I did mine underneath.

Looks Good

Sorry It took so long to get you an answer! Just got back from hunting deer.

Bull huller's came from Berube's Truck accessories, Inc. located in Bow, New Hampshire. Both stacks shipped to my door for $200. 60. they were 48" long.
