How about this problem..... anyone else:

I have the CIPA mirrors on my 98, power heated model.

The left works perfect, the right side worked once, now it only goes up and in, under power, but it also works its way there on its own from vibration, then I have to push it back manually.

Has anyone had this problem, and do you know how to get them apart?

Pry Bar

Cipa gave me a tool once that was a 1/4" piece of plastic about 10 inches long. THe tool says to insert the tool at the bottom of the mirror between the mirror and housing and pry the glass assembly up. I was hesitant but tried it. It required some force but the thing just popped off. There are a few tabs that hold it in place. You might want to call Terry and tell him your problem.
