That's what we were thinking I got in the pit and he released the brakes TOOK A PRY BAR and tried to get some movement and none, or with brakes set up. All the adjustments work just fine.

We always referred to them as Rainbow scales, they were built AFTER I became a company driver. Yes I went thru them but they didnt pay much attention to a Chevron Gas truck they had more money to make from someone else I guess.
