I know several people with TT that had the factory bumper replaced with a fabricated steel version. It retains the 4" by 4" openings for the sewer hose and has the receiver hitch welded to it.
I believe they were paying $500 - $600 out the door. I will be having this done on my Arctic Fox TT soon.
 
I ordered a factory installed 2" hitch receiver on two formerly owned Hitchhiker 5th wheels. The hitch receiver was welded to a flat steel plate placed under the 4" square tubing bumper. The flat steel reinforcement along with the 4" bumper was welded to the two main frame rails. Reinforcing gussets were added at the junction of the bumper/steel plate at the ends of the frame rails. The frame rails on both trailers were structural steel I-beams, not the usual thin boxed frames found on most trailers. The receiver hitch was limited to 200 lbs. hitch weight and 2,000 lbs. total trailer weight. I used the hitch a couple of times to tow my Ranger bass boat behind the first 5th wheel, but didn't like towing a "train" and never used the hitch again on either trailer.

I'll have to take a look at my frame assembly at the rear, but it is I-Beam.

I need to haul boat and 5ver to Parker AZ in the Fall, where I'll leave the 5ver for the winter and bring back the boat. The Sun and heat has taken its toll on my 5ver from the Arizona sun beaming down on it. Now that my RV area has been developed in SoCal, the wife wants to leave it there for winter use. So I need to tow both if I want to use my boat in the initial trip to take it back.

Bill, I'm not looking forward to it, but I'll keep it slow and I'm installing a camara on the rear of the 5ver for the trailers to make sure their safe. I'm lic., and have a doubles endorsement, so I'll be OK. I'll be able to pull my Harley to a base camp when I visit the NP's in 2016 and ride through the parks.
 
I just bought a new Northwood Fox Mountain. As an option they installed a receiver at the factory, so Northwood might have one specifically for your Arctic Fox. I have double towed a lot, it isn't anything to be overly concerned about. Because of the swing of the rear of the 5er the second trailer follows pretty close to the 5er's track during turns. I've considered a camera for the second trailer, but it isn't high on my priority list.
 
I've contacted Northwoods before I searched online, there is no bolt on or weld on available. But thanks for the suggestion, I guess its too old, being 10 years old now. I bought it used, so I didn't have the option, and I had to travel 2K miles round trip to purchase it, so I didn't get it included. As far as pulling doubles, it will only be a nonstop trip to my destination, to eliminate the hassel of manuvering through the city streets. When I pull the Harley, it will be a very short trailer and I'm not worried about the turning radius, I'm worried about the possible swaying that I won't be able to see it unless I have a camera, so its a high prioity for me.

About 25 years ago when I first wanted to pull my boat behind my 5er I talked to a friend of mine who had been double towing for quite awhile. He advised me to get a friction sway control, get the ball welded to my hitch and bolt the other ball to my boat frame. I did, and the boat didn't sway. Then one weekend a friend wanted to take his new boat instead. I was reluctant, since obviously we were not going to mount a ball to his boat trailer. Amazingly, his trailer didn't sway, so I didn't attach the sway bar to mine the next time I pulled it. It didn't sway either, and I never used it again. Since that time I have learned a lot about swaying trailers and am of the firm belief that "sway control" devices are the biggest scam in the RV community. With more than a half million miles of paid towing miles behind me I have yet to hook to a travel trailer or enclosed cargo trailer and have one sway. Bottom line, if the trailers don't sway behind the pickup, they won't sway behind the 5er. If they do there is a mechanical or loading problem.
