Classified not allowing access to renew

Entered username and password for classified (not site) and comes back with not found. Try to get email "forgot username", when I type my email (one that's associated with site, classified and which renew notice was sent to I receive a "not found" notice. $($#*%$#@*^%&@#* help?:{
