clatter

I know it is a diesel and it clatters. I like the sound and not complaining. However, my 04. 5 HO makes more clatter than the other 04 0r 05 models I have been around and the new 06 is really quiet. I have 31000 miles on her with good fuel economy, consume no oil. I just wanted some of your experiences for comparison.

well I have 04 and when the engine is cold and I take off its really noisy "clatter" then as I move on it goes away.....

I noticed you have mods, I have mine still bone stock(rjones) Mine is quiet on road, noisy a idle or when I pull away.
