How do I clean them? do I just blow them off, use brake clean, some type of degreaser? I need to do this tonight after work so any advice will be appreciated.

I have a cel and a p0238 code for my MAP, so I am interested in cleaning it also, I talked to a stealership and they said that the map has a diaphragm and they don't recommend trying to clean it, especially not with brake cleaner or anything that might deteriorate the diaphragm. currently because of the MAP code there is no fueling up top, and the truck doesn't like highway speeds, or hills. I was wondering what the effect would be if the MAP was unplugged, I have heard everything from lack of power like I am experiencing, to the engine thinking it was in full boost all the time, and fueling like it. I am going to go take a look at the MAP and try to see if I can clean it, However leaving it unplugged is very tempting.
