Thanks, TDR Staff

it won't roll up straight !

What does 5% or 6% or x% downgrade for next 6 miles mean?

I'd be careful about the Simple Green. It may be o. k. for the fiberglass, but it will corrode the aluminum. I thought I heard that about the purple cleaners too.

I recently got a bottle of a concentrate cleaner called "General Cleanup," from an RV repair place near me and that stuff worked great!

NYALIC (again)

Just got back a week ago from a 2200 mile trip. The trailer is dirty, but you cain't tell it! We hit a real hard rain about 50 miles from home and it washed all the bugs off the front of the 5er and the wind deflector. A neighbor came over next evening, and asked ifI had already waxed; yeah man got to get ahead of it:D

If you will make sure the roof is treated with Protect-All Rubber roof solution , clean the trailerwith RV wash, wash the black streaks with "black streak remover" from Walleys or any RV dealer, clip a clothes pin on the gutter outlet spout, your trouble will be greatly reduced. Long sentence huh? You can not let it get ahead of you and try to catch up. You will lose.

Also I wax my 32 footer with Gel Gloss. A little work but great results.

Prior to applying a clear coat to our RVs, we clean them with a product from Home Depot. It is in a white gallon bottle and it is made by ZEP. It is simply called "Purple". If it won't clean it, then you have to go get a jack hammer!

Clothes pin thigamagig

Turbo Thom:

I also use the clothes pin, but use two plastic ties (small) and strap it onto a paint stick about 1/2 inch from the end. This puts it up under the spout and about 12'' out from the trailer. :D

Try magic mix it's safe on paint aluminum ans any stainless. I would also check out your local pressure washing distributor for his help.

Cleaning the camper

Best stuff I found is Krud Kutter from Home Depot. Just bought two-32 oz bottles for $6. Takes the black streaks off and everything.
