How do you guys keep your Dickies clean? The work clothes you perverts! :-laf

I've got some blue Dickies, Pants and shirts that have some grease and oil stains. Kinda want to clean them up a bit.

Thinking about using Dishwasher soap and HOT water.

If that doesn't work, then the next step is washing in Gasoline and drying by kitchen match.

Thanks.

Back when I was in the truck shops, my wife would double up the Tide and pour in a 2 liter bottle of Classic Coke. You might be surprised what it would eat. It has to be Classic Coke.

Pre-soak with Spray-and-Wash and then wash with a high quality detergent. Tide was just rated #1 by Consumer Reports (again). Seems to work for me, even on whites (sometimes). For whites, bleach is best!

Dawn Dish Soap. Squirt some on the grease, rub it in, and let it sit overnight; then wash. You will be surprised.

Simple green solution in a bin with a lemon diced (or cheat like I did and get some concentrate and add that with the lemon)... soak overnite and Wring em out gettin as much out of them as you can. SG foams up wickedly in the washin machine so get as much out as you can.

Fire em into the washing machine on hot and add half of what you normally would detergent wise. Pull the trier and viola!

At work we a soy based degreaser. I spray it on my coveralls and let it soak for an hour or so, then wash off with the pressure washer. The 1st time I did it I brought them home and washed them in the washer to finish clean them. Won't do that again. The washer smelled like soy cleaner for a few days. Not to mention the wife wasn't too happy! #@$%! Now I take them to the laundromat.

Works great though!
