PS:

I exspected the Big Boys to do what they did ... VERY COOL

If anyone saw him pull in Indy they would have loved it. For a quick recap the pulls took place on a return road with dirt spread on top. When it was said trucks turn to pull he pulled all the way to where all 4 tires were spinning on the pavement. After a quick verbal bashing from the track officials he stood up out of the truck to accept everyone's cheers. It was worth the trip to see that.

I do have one question. Why and how did he move his bed back to accomodate stacks between the cab and bed??

Good Choice DieselMinded!!

I got a video of ya sleddy ... look for my TRIBUTE to Sleddy Thread Coming soon .....

It seems Sleddy is the most popular puller at SDX his named was called about 50 times

SHHHHH Dont tell Csevers that I told ya' he lost his keys when he was waiting to pull and had the anouncer ask if anyone has found a set ... . LOL... later on you hear ... . Criag Severson would like to think the guy that found his keys in the mud . .

ROFLMAO

IIRC, the 2nd Gen frame is ~5" longer than the 1st Gen frame, due to the 2nd Gen cab/front clip being longer than a 1st Gen, so with the 1st Gen body on a 2nd Gen frame, you get a gap.

Brad Hodler, another Missouri puller, came on strong with a 5th place finish.

He was the only Missouri puller NOT to be beat by a Ford and 3 Chevies.

Nice hook Brad! :D :-laf

Yep, he was IRP champion, and 12 th place at Scheids. I may have made a few changes in between, lol. ;) Jeff has peaked, I bet he won't even show at any more pulls.

He won! Thats whats really fun. . I mean sad! :-laf

It seems winning the qualifier is a death sentence for the finals-3 pulls, the top qualfier lost. Including myself.

My question is why Jeff chose to run straight up and not let the rest of the group run first and he watch and see where the best line is then win as the last driver?

Funny how he ran the far side of the track and thought his full pull was gonna hold up, then I think the next 24 trucks all ran along the wall by the stands... .

Its great watching an old truck, well the body of one, pull. I wish more older trucks would get out there.
