Clicking sliding rear window

Does anybody else's truck do this? My rear slider clicks when the body flexes. If I apply pressure to the window it stops clicking. Any ideas on how to solve the problem? Its driving me crazy.

Add a small piece of felt or velvet under the latch/lock
