Doughnut Poll

If California can't do it, let's do it for them.

I'd have to say the character he plays now,... . "Mayor" Clint 'cuz he'd have the local PD to fight the battle for him. ;) :D

Josey Wales of course,... ... ... ... "A man's gotta do somethin' for a livin'... ... ... ... ..... dyin' ain't much of a livin' boy".

They don't get much meaner than that.

Rob

Filo

Thats easy. Filo

DH needed a gun.

JW got the s*&^ knocked out of him, got a gun.

WM was too old to fight.

Now I take it that you are talking "fist fight".

If not JW, hands down er pointed at you. ;)

Josey Wales. "Endeavour to Persevere"... gotta love Lone Wattie in that movie.

I was most impressed with the gun handling in that show when I saw it as a teen ager, after I got married my first Christmas present from the wife was a CVA 1851 Colt Navy revolver kit. After putting it together and getting it looking pretty good, I proceeded to run about 50 pounds of powder and lead through it over the next few years trying to become a Josey Wales with it.

Managed to accidentally pistolwhip myself a few times working on that reversed gun "flip and shoot" routine. Tougher than it looks, but can be done. Lemme tell ya, a Navy Colt upside the head will definitely get your attention. :p

Between that revolver and the nunchuks she bought me the next year, I took a pretty good beating without ever getting in a fight. Sometimes I wonder if she planned it that way... :D

I gotta agree with dresslered on this poll Sleddy and can not believe you forgot the ''preacher''. While its true "Outlaw"Josey Whales left a wake of dead bodies in his path the "Preacher Man" was just flat out angry. That movie in itself was one of the best of all time... ... . The Pale Rider was his most feared... ... . Andy

Josey would ride up to Philo's beat up old truck, spit terbacky juice onto the top of Clyde the orangutan's head, and fetch out one of those Navy Colts quick as lightnin' and pop Philo over the head, sending him to dream land before he knew what was happening.

Of course, being a gentleman, he would then ride into town and get the old woman a fresh sack of Oreos... . :D :D :D

:-laf

Ahh, yes, but the Preacher would have clubbed 'ol Filo with a 'fine piece of hickory' and caused Clyde to whistle Dixie using the back side of a Sledge Hammer.

:D

I had to vote for Harry

There are too many good movies with that character, but my favorite quote is from "Unforgiven".

Little Bill Daggett: You just shot an unarmed man!

Bill Munny: He should have armed himself if he's gonna decorate his saloon with my friend.

How about when Munny's getting ready to finish Little Bill off?

Little Bill: "I don't deserve this. To die like this. I was building a house. "

Munny: "Deserve's got nothing to do with it. "

Josey Wales was on last week and that Fletcher character had a good line:

"Don't (pee) down my back and tell me it's raining"

Yes, yes, thats why I put all the others. I started to get dizzy thinking about all Clints parts.

You guys think the Pale Rider was that tough?

Lone W had another good line, in reply to Josey's, "As soon as I get to liking somebody, they ain't around long. "

To which Lone replied," I noticed when you get to disliking somebody, they ain't around long, neither. "

Nobody voted for Rowdy Yates?:D

I think Dirty Harry was just a good shot with a bad attitude, not maddog mean.

Say... . Rambo vs. Rocky?:-{}
