So the question is: Should he be Indicted?
Answer: YES, No president is above the law, even a lying, perjourous, cover-up artist like Reagan, Clinton, or George Sr.
But Clinton won't be indicted because WWW doesn't want it.
WWW doesn't want indictment of Clinton, because for the next year the media would focus on Clinton, not Bush.

He made it up like a good little demon-crat. While you are at it lets take a look at slick willies track record while govenor of Ark. The guy was fast friends with known and convicted drug runners and users.

Far be it for me to "prove" he did drugs, but you can tell alot about a person by the company he keeps !!!!!!!!

Interesting view that Sen Orrin Hatch has that was in my local newspaper today. "I think it's time to put this to bed. It's time to let President Clinton fade into whatever he's going to fade into, and I just don't see keeping it alive any longer, and I don't think there's a jury in America that is going to convict President Clinton".

Somehow, I have the feeling that just like a reacurring nightmare, Klinton is not going to just fade away.

Clinton was not convicted by the Senate, Senator Hatch says there is NO jury in the United States that would convict Clinton. Hmmm, makes me wonder just how solid the case is against him. I'm betting that if any of you have more evidence of Clinton's guilt, Orrin Hatch would love to have it for the trial. I'm thinking it would be much better to pardon Clinton than it would to let it go to trial and NOT convict him.

Bush was asked if he was going to pardon Clinton. He said and I quote"I do not beleive it is possible to pardon someone who is not indicted".

Peltier was not even close to where the shootings of the FBI men were. As far as shooting at a patrol car,that remains to be proven also. And what the hell were the FBI doing on the Rez anyway?They were begining to look like fools,so in a face saving measure framed Peltier. All the FBI did in that whole situation was to stir up trouble.
If they were trying to keep the peace why were they pandering to the goons and not trying to neogotiate with both sides of the picture?

I know one of your big concerns was that GW was going to bust up the unions and make everyone work a 70 hour work week, with no overtime. I did not see that in the list of convictions.

I do agree that GWB is personally responsible for the increase in drug use in Texas. They need to execute more dealers.

Four years of this $h1t to look forward to.

When you quote someone, at least make it an accurate quote. I said he wants to do away with the 40hr work week, minimum wage, and overtime. That was out of a Houston newspaper. Nothing dramatic as you colored it to be. Just one of his desires. Your'e adding to that to make a point. I have a wait and see attitude about him. I can't hold him responsible for the drug problem in Texas. That's bigger than one person can control. I do take his business dealings seriously. He and the Bush family are shrewd and self serving. This may or may not be a good thing. Family pride could mean national pride or it could mean we're pawns at his disposal. I will support him as president and wait and see.

From what I have gathered on the shooting of the FBI men. They are the ones who started the shooting they were firing at homes and misc targets including children in the homes. Yes,they were executed,no worse than they were trying to do to people they were shooting at. From what I have gathered the whole Rez was at war with the FBI,AIM,and the GOONS doing the fighting and the people in the middle. In a war death is inevatable. These men died doing their duty,however to pin their death on the first AIM member who comes to mind and looks frameable is atrocious.

I also think the investigation of Clinton cost more than 40 mill. Are the Republicans going to pay us back?

The special counsel had ZERO to do with an extramarital affair; it was about he and his wife using money from a savings and loan for their own personal gain, and, later, LYING in a court of law in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Was it worth the amt of money spent? Only if you prosecute, and obviously no one is doing that.

Regarding the FBI guys, just out of curiousity, do you really believe two young agents with 6 shot revolvers are going to start shooting at a bunch of indians with rifles, and at women & children? The agents never got their rifle out of the trunk. Simple case of two guys doing what they are ordered and getting caught in the middle of something where they shouldn't have been in the first place. Next time we should just let all the indians shoot each other up and winner take all. How's that?

It was my idea they did get there rifles out of the trunk and started the shooting. The only reason the FBI was there was at the request of the GOONS. The GOONS did not like the idea of AIM on there rez. AIM did agreavate the situation some,but when they first got to the Rez were just trying to help,until the goons got anoyed at some of the full bloods asking for what was due to them. No I dont believe the FBI belonged there(at the shooting site). They were operating that day on a rumor gotten from the goons of hidden explosives. There were NO explosives.

And as far as the investigation of the Clintons. It did not bring any indictments and any court in the land could not pin anything on them. As far as lying,yes he is guilty of that. But with no conviction or indictment,I would like my money back. And the whole **** thing was a smear campaign. Maybe Clinton just ****** of some repblicans or maybe got a little frisky with a couple of Republicans wives. Still shouldn't have cost me and the American people. Whitewater maybe,White owl no way!
