Clock Problems with Aftermarket Stereo

I thought That was an overhead clock too the first day I got the truck. It is an ignition on elapsed time counter. It will run to 100 hours and then start over at 0. I use this as another indication of when to change oil. Every 5-6000 miles and about 120 hours.

The elapsed time can be reset by pressing both buttons at the same time. I reset it each time I fill up, and then keep track of the accumilated time.

Does anybody know how to fix the overhead clock after installing an aftermarket stereo? My clock reads 60:32 right now, and has gradually been going up, since I installed the radio.

I didn't know we had an overhead clock.
Could you be reading the elapsed time counter? Check the owner's manual.
