I just noticed this when I make a hard right or left and on kinda bumpy terrain. I did change the track bar, I have it torque down and doesn't look like it is moving. I have noticed the truck has started wandering a bit.

You might want to check your front U-joints. I had the same problem and it turned out my joints were shot buy the steering knuckles. If you still have the factory u-joints I would put in some grease able ones. :)

I don't know that any of this would have anything to do with turning but just to be sure check all control arm bolts and lower shock mounts. These can be felt in the floor if loose.

Probably not the same issue since you mention steering wander but.

Mine did this everytime I turned right and up a slight incline. tightened the body mount right under the drivers floor board and it has since stopped. It's been 40K and hasn't done it since. might be worth a look

I have the same thign and I think it is in my front diff assy. As I have 463K miles on the truck I figure it's about time to replace the seals and bearings anyway. I'll let you know if it fixes things.

i agree with waldo, check you sway bar links. look at the bushings and make sure they are in one peice and not falling out. also, grab them with your hand and check for free play. you may need to move the front suspension up and down to watch for looseness. hopes this helps!
