Hi all, I'm on my one month vacation with my dually and fifth wheel. Everything is great except for the engine hour meter that totally changed and is not changing as truck is running. I know I have read problems of this. I did try to search before bugging you all.

Isn't this were they're not displayed properly but the hours are still being calculated in the system? Same that they haven't got an update for this, or did they and it's not widely known since not a safety issue.

Yeah just like Brockman and probably the same amount of hours. I have the 3.5 evict also. Do you think it's stored correctly in the ECU? Any fixes?

I do believe it’s stored correctly, and I haven’t heard of a fix. Maybe you could upgrade to the 7” EVIC.

Bought a 7" Evic off ebay and programmed the odometer with alphaobd . Went well, thought I could do the engine hours but didn't see it in the menu.

@p-Bar, I just looked and it comes up under program customer features for lifetime engine hours and lifetime idle hours, which of course is under the instrument panel module. Hope this helps.

Well I checked the hour meter and it hasn't changed . This is a upgraded cluster from ebay used. Everything else works. Your thoughts?

If you didn't program the VIN for the cluster, the computer may not know how to update the hours. I'd try that and see how it goes. Good luck with it.
