Checked fuse, pulled cluster to inspect, and found nothing. The dimmer is set at half, and changing it does nothing. Rolling it from the "off" position does not dim the radio lights like it should, either.

All other dash lightds work, but won't dim.

Any suggestions?

Thanks !

Ron

I have a suggestion...

Ol Ron:

Disconnect the dimmer switch plug to see if you are getting 12 VDC on the plug feeding it. If you do have voltage, then your switch could be bad. I don't have my manual handy, or I'd give you the pins to jumper on the plug to see if you get lights on the gauge cluster.

I would suspect the dimmer switch.

Sorry, I can't be more help.

Good luck, Wiredawg

Thanks, buddy. I did check all the pins on the big connector for voltage, and there is 12 volts on most of the back row of pins. If I had a manual, I could go further. I agree, it's probably the dimmer reo.

Thanks for the assist!

Ron
