Lately I have been slipping my clutch on Level 3, just rolling on the throttle, not doing anything stupid (like racing, smoking people out, etc. ). Wondering if there are any clutches that will hold my power and more so I don't have to get a clutch every 3 years. See my sig for my power setup.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I have a SBC DD 3600 Street Comp 6 CB and love it, I had a SBD CONFE and hated it way to grabby. This DD is smooth and halds everything I throw at it. Well worth the extra money. I think it is rated for up to 700hp.

You did mention extra money ... what do you think it may set me back over the CONFE ?

Would I be able to cruise at 70 on Level 3 and roll on the throttle and get full power band without ever slipping the clutch? Is it strong enough to hold on through the entire power band at Level 5 cruising at 75? If some clown came up to my in a Suburu WRX would I be able to get full power and leave him in a black cloud of smoke (if I wanted to)? I could continue, but I think you get the picture. If I spend the money ... is it going to hold the power so I don't have to worry about slips anymore?

To answer you question YES, I have no slippage on my clutch, I love it. It will run you around 1550. 00 for the SBC DD 3600 Street Comp 6 CB. Go on southbendclutch.com and read about them. If you still have questions call Peter and he should be able to answer your questions better than me.
