My boss has a 99 3500 4X4 he uses to pull his 3 car trailer. Last week the clutck blew up and no longer will disengage. He is needing to find a clutch that will haul 3 cars and take the torque of the PM3. He is also in the market for some 275 hp injectors. Any help would be appreciated on finding the best deal for these 2 parts.

He can get the 275s and TST were he got the PM3 and as far as the clutch go with the southbend well worth the money.

WAIT!!

Clutch blew up and won't DISENGAGE!

That doesn't sound to much like an actual clutch problem.

Although with that power he probly could use a better clutch, I'd say SBC, I'll be getting one soon.

Back to the clutch not disengageing,,

Those symptoms sound alot more like the Hydraulic clutch (master or slave) cylinders went out. This happened to my '98. 5 about 2 months ago. Clutch heldt fine, (I was stock) but there was little or no resistance when pushing the clutch pedal in. (edit: Clutch wouldn't disengage either)

The Dodge clutch Hydraulic cylinders aren't all that great, but as far as I know there are no replacement (BOMBed) parts.

I would look at aftermarket injectors, bully-dog or diesel dynamics because the flow rate is matched much closer, as for the clutch-South Bend- is the only one I would go with for an every day driver, its the best and will hold any thing you throw against it. IMO. :)
