Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Clutch Break In Period

Just got my new SB clutch installed this weekend using instructions from the TDR here (went great except for one bellhousing bolt that snapped off), so many thanks there for all those who have contributed in the past to those posts. Was just wondering if anyone has the break-in procedures for the clutch (Con O 0900)? I have heard 500 miles, but just wanted to be sure. Any tips, let me know- thanks

Stop and go traffic is what Peter told me is the best the seat it... As far as the miles I dont think he told me. But he did say that if I needed to pull my rv go ahead. I have nearly 80k on my Con OFE and it still holds...
