Hello all I just installed a 4000 GSK kit in my 97 (see sig) & had a big power drop on the top end. It turned out to be the governor
lever adjustment. Well I found out it was never adj. properly.
(the #11 plate was polished about . 030" into the fueling curve
)
After adj. my power WENT THROUGH THE ROOF!!! Oo.
But now my clutch slips in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th !??!
So all the advice I can get is needed
((on a new clutch not a power decrease
)) (I tow & tow & tow... ... but I dont want an on-off clutch though grabby is ok)
