I just finished installing a new SB OFE clutch in my 02 2500 4x4. While the truck is not running I can row through the gears. Once the truck is started it won't go into gear. New pilot bearing & throw out bearing. Install went pretty much without a hitch other than a little while to get the input shaft started. I also installed new SB hydraulics last week BEFORE the new clutch and everything worked fine. Also if I put the truck in gear and start it the clutch wants to disengage just above the floor. It was suggested to pump the clutch pedal several times at wait a few and do it again and again, to "reset" the SB hydraulics. I did this 4 or 5 times and it may have helped a little but is still a bear to get into any gear easily. The pedal pressure seems fine other than it is defiantly easier that the stock setup. Anyone have any ideas?
