Clutch installed

Just installed a SBC OFE clutch in my 2000 six speed. Since I paid a large sum of money for this thing I would like to know the difference between it and the stock one? The clutch disc had different material but the pressure plate was identical to the original except the manufacture date. I can see why it would hold more power with the disc, but same pressure plate!

I talked to peter last year in tulare and he told me they tweak the pressure plates slightly. Yes it is the oem plate, but they modify a couple of points on it related to the tension of the spring. Call him, he will tell you exactly what they do, he is a very straight forward guy.
