At first is was just hard to get in an out of gear while at a stop, but know it wont go in or out of gear while moving unless I stop on the clutch pedal as hard as I can and smash it to the floor, then it will clunck in. When I try to put it in gear at a stop or moving it wont go in but will start moving foward a little. thanks in advance for any pointers

It's sounds like your throw-out bearing has seized, quite common. You can check the slave by having someone press the clutch while you crawl underneath to see if it has full travel.

You will have to drop the transmission. While it's out it only makes sense to replace/upgrade the clutch and surface the flywheel at the same time since labor will be the major part of the bill. I'd venture to say depending on which brand of clutch you go for $1000-$1500 with labor. Been long time since I've had someone replace one, my guesstimate could be way off.

Anyone else?

I got the same problem with the crewcab were is what I ave been doing to get til warmer wether use a pry bar and move the clutch fork in the ingaged way about 1/2 inch hold it here for a 30 or 40 secs and see if that helps the check valve has gone bad on my mastercylinder and this gets it to work for a day or so then I have to do it again George
