clutch pedal

When I push in the clutch pedal, it makes a plastic against plastic rubbing noise (almost like a squeaking noise) throughout its complete throw. The pedal itself appears to be a polymer, but I don't think the noise is coming from there. I sprayed some silicone on the pedal bushings to no avail. Anyone else have this problem?

it almost feels like the pedal is dragging a bit. my previous ram (97) clutch pedal was nice and smooth. my 2004 sports car also has a polymer clutch pedal assembly, but it's nice and smooth, too.

I don't know if the new trucks are the same but on my 01 I had the same noise as you describe. I had to grease the plastic bushings. It was a "bugger" of a job too!
