My clutch works fine until I try pulling my trailer in hot weather (above 70-80 temp) then it slips. I have been told that the brake fluid is boiling but can't believe that.

I've got the same truck and pull heavy all of the time with a stock clutch and no problem -- I wouldn't believe it either. Irregardless, if it's slipped or slipping it'll only worsen and eventually leave you stranded. Good excuse to get the "killer" earth mover clutch that'll allow you to move large homes, etc. without slipping.

No slippage yet pulling a 13,500 lb 5th wheel that puts us at 21,180 lbs GCW (21,500 GCWR), even with the EZ and towing in Texas summer weather. Sounds like it's time to call Peter @ South Bend Clutch and spring for an O-FE.
