clutch switch kit for manual transmission install

Has anyone installed the clutch switch kit available from Dodge or Cummins? This is the one for the manual transmission and allows you to use the cruise control buttons to up the idle. How hard is it to install? Decent quality parts?

Don't bother with a 2010.
The option is not available in StarScan for the dealer to enable it.
