Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) clutch travel and air?

i put a new 13inch clutch along with flywheel about a month ago. it was the miles and the pump mods. my problem is air in the system. i put it back together and running i had a hard time with reverse and 1st. so i was told i had to replace the whole system. it cant be bleed. so i took the cyl off the bell housing and pumped it in and out about 10 times,well it worked like new ,now today the air is back. so now what do i do?has anyone else had this happen?it was perfect before it just slipped bad. how much is the whole system?and where to get it cheapest but still good stuff?thanks

Have had it happen as well. replaced with new dodge part number I got from Peter at South Bend. . Seemed to fix it.

Bobcat, what was the part number? Having the same problem with my 94 after installing 13" clutch. Feels like the clutch is not quite fully released.
