I just got my clutch back from peter and after it was installed I can't get the thing into gear. The clutch pedel is soft with really no pressure intill you get 3" from the floor. Have bleed the system 5 times with no air. When the clutch is in and you go to put it in gear you can see the pickup try to move. The master and slave are new. Does anyone know of a master and slave that have a longer pushing stroke because that is what I think the problem is but I need help on this one.

If you can't get it into gear, I can't help... . but... . my pedal pressure was very soft at first to. Diesel Dynamics stated that this was normal and it did firm up as it broke in... I don't know why or how, but it did. Also the pedal does engage alot closer to the floor that it used to.

Try Vacuum bleeding the slave, most trucks I have done won't get all the air out by normal "pumping" of the pedal, even though the fluid has no bubbles. If you have the same set-up as before, the pushrod length should be fine?? PM me if you need info on a cheap home-made vacuum bleeder. :D :D
