HELP!!!!!!!!!!

(16 year old mistake)

i thought i didn't need those papers that came with the transmission. well i thought i was smart... ... some i need to learn a little more

OK... i'm installing a conversion kite from Quad 4X4 for a Getrag to a NV4500. i'm doing OK but i can't remember what to torque the clutch bolts down to... to make it worse i can't remember what the clutch is called!!! soft bend or south bends or some thing like that... grrrr (my brain is getting to consumed by SCHOOL) well if u guys can bail me out again i would appreciate it... .



i need the name of the clutch (i know some one out there has my clutch)

and how much to torque the clutch bolts on the fly wheel down to!!!!

I will bet that is south bend clutch. They are the big clutch people. A 5/16th's bolt about 25 ft. lbs. I think

Is this an aftermarket clutch you bought or original 'stock' clutch that was behind your getrag? Stock clutch is 13" Sachs. Bill

it's not a stock 13 inch

Just get them somewere between 25 and 30 ftlbs.
