HELP Code P0336 Crank Case Sensor

I have the check engine light come on again for code P0336. I originally had this code trip when I had the TST Box installed. The rep told me to unplug the harnis and replug it in and the light went off. Now one year later the light is on again. Check engine light came on while I was driving, I just nocked down the HP number on the box to #2 from #3. How do i figure out if the sensor is bad or not and if it is bad how do I fix it? Also what code reader should I get that can clear out the codes and turn off the check engine light

Thanks

In my experience with crank and cam position sensors, if they go bad, the engine dies and will not start. That being said I have not dealt with any on the Cummins, only on a Dodge Avenger and a Jeep 4. 0L. Not even close to the same vehicles as the Ram but I would imagine that the function would be the same.

Truck acts normal and seems fine but has the check engine light with the code. I am leaning towards a issue with the TST box
