You will always have that with a programmer installed except with the latest Smarty programs.

Do you have a downloader?

New Smarty update=no codes.

What downloader? The new Smarty SW's are not supposed to throw that code.
That's accurate. Prior to this latest update,my '07 would throw the po602 code w/Smarty which would be erased upon restoring it to stock. New update throws no codes whatsoever. :):):)

OK I have an 03 with a 130K, I just replaced all 6 injectors due to #1 & #6 diagnosed as "week". The injectors I installed were Dynomite Diesels 50 Hp over stock set up. The first thing I did before leaving the mechanic was to check for trouble codes, & there it was P0602. I have no programmers or down loads & just had the ECM reflashed prior to installing the injectors. Anyone have any ideas whats going on here?

It's a nuceince code, ecm read error. It does not hurt anything, my TST used to cause it long before Smarty, I believe it will go away after several key cycles.

The technician @ the dealership showed me his computer when he pulled it up & the description was checksum error, instructed to reflash if code returned replace ECM. It came back after the second reflash, & clearing twice with a Matco OBD2 scanner. The truck runs great, Id just like a reason why this code appeared after installing the new injectors before I forget about it. Dynomite asked what the deviation between actual vs. desired fuel rail pressure is at the time the code is set. Is the ECM just reading the increased flow from the new injectors?
