Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) codes 1693 & 1763

Hoping some one can explain the P1763 code for me. All seems to be o. k. Just got trans. overhauled/beefed up, that's when codes showed up. Recently added 4'' exhaust, FASS fuel system, new injector pump, Edge COMP box, AFE air filter & 3 guages on pillar. Should I be concerned or what ??

It appears to be the Governor Pressure Sensor Volts Too High code.
